We often find ourselves texting one another about projects. "I've got an opportunity for WA based LGBTQIA+ writers-", "I need rural poets!", "I'm looking for someone to write about access in Tasmania's theatre scene, do you know anyone who'd be perfect?"
We decided to establish this directory with the intention of facilitating more direct connection between commissioning editors/programmers and writers, in the hope that the most appropriate people will get any available work.
